Welcome to today's Guided Prayer, where we invite you to find a quiet space to still your mind and body.

Guided Prayers are a daily 5–10 minute, intentionally created moment to slow down and meet with God—through scripture, reflection, and honest prayer.

It’s not a program you attend.
It’s a pathway you practice.
A guided space where people can stop, breathe, and connect with Jesus—every single day.

As we pause our day together, whether you are listening in your car or on your commute, in your favorite chair, drinking your morning coffee, or in a coffee shop, listening through your headphones. Take ten seconds to take a deep breath and exhale. Listen to King Solomon's words of wisdom in Proverbs 3. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Take the next 20 seconds and praise the Lord for his involvement and engagement and care in the big plans and details of your life. Sometimes when I wake up, my brain is already buzzing before my feet even hit the floor. I am strategizing and calculating and planning every moment of my day, usually wondering how am I going to fit it all in? But stop that cycle wherever you are in your day right now. Take the next minute and tell God about the things that are at the forefront of your mind and invite him into your plans. Quiet yourself one more time and ask the Lord if there is anything He wants you to make space for today or change up. God, how would you have us use the minutes of this day? Lord, thank you that you straighten my most complicated paths. Thank you that you order even my most hurried steps. Thank you that you are in control of my life. I acknowledge you in the planing of my days and how I spend my time. Interrupt me today. My life is yours. I trust you with the outcomes that still feel uncertain. I trust you with the results that are still unknown. I trust you in every area of my life. Amen.
