Welcome to today's Guided Prayer, where we invite you to find a quiet space to still your mind and body.  

Guided Prayers are a daily 5–10 minute, intentionally created moment to slow down and meet with God—through scripture, reflection, and honest prayer.

It’s not a program you attend.
It’s a pathway you practice.
A guided space where people can stop, breathe, and connect with Jesus—every single day.

Today, as you prepare to talk to God, take a couple of deep breaths and let them pull you out of your routine and reset you in a headspace all for the Lord. God is present even in the swirl of anxious thoughts. His comfort reaches us in the mental places that feel chaotic. King David, the warrior and poet, penned this while talking to God. When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy. Thank God for meeting you with comfort when worry or fear feels overwhelming. Tell him about the thoughts that keep looping in your mind. Ask for his comfort to settle your inner world and for his consolation to break your brain out of the mental spiral of fear or doubt. Tell God those thoughts that feel heavy or intrusive. Ask God to comfort and steady you today. Take twenty seconds and praise God for the joy and peace He brings. And then close with your own Amen.
