Welcome to today's Guided Prayer, where we invite you to find a quiet space to still your mind and body.

Guided Prayers are a daily 5–10 minute, intentionally created moment to slow down and meet with God—through scripture, reflection, and honest prayer.

It’s not a program you attend.
It’s a pathway you practice.
A guided space where people can stop, breathe, and connect with Jesus—every single day.

In the busyness of life, in the chaos that our schedules can bring, today we have an invitation from God to simply be still. To be still and know that He is God. These words come from Psalm 46, 10, where God says, be still and know that I am God. Stillness is not something our world encourages. We are often moving quickly from one task to the next, filling every quiet moment with activity or noise. But this invitation from God reminds us that our faith does not grow through constant striving. It grows through trust. When we are still, we remember who God is and who we are not. Today we are going to pause and allow God to quiet our hearts. Take a slow breath and become aware that He is present with you right now. Take a moment to thank God that He is sovereign over every detail of your life. Praise Him that He is steady and unchanging, even when your life feels busy or overwhelming. Bring to Him anything that has been creating pressure or stress in your life. Repeat after me, God, you are in control. I rest in your presence today. Thank you for inviting me to be still. Amen.
