Welcome to today's Guided Prayer, where we invite you to find a quiet space to still your mind and body.
Guided Prayers are a daily 5–10 minute, intentionally created moment to slow down and meet with God—through scripture, reflection, and honest prayer.
It’s not a program you attend.
It’s a pathway you practice.
A guided space where people can stop, breathe, and connect with Jesus—every single day.
For the next few moments, I want you to find a quiet place. If you can, put down your work or calendar and say this out loud. Jesus, right now I'm focused on you. As I read this psalm, I want you to take several deep breaths. He leads me beside quiet waters. He refreshes my soul. I'm going to read it again. This time, picture the quiet waters. He leads me beside quiet waters. He refreshes my soul. Sometimes weariness isn't just physical. It settles deep in your soul. You may feel scattered, restless, or emotionally drained without knowing why. But God, your shepherd, leads you to places of rest and restoration. He knows how to care for your whole being. Thank God for caring about your soul, not just your productivity or output. Take 60 seconds and tell God where your soul feels tired or unsettled. Ask him to lead you into true rest, not distraction, but restoration. Invite him to quiet what feels chaotic inside and to restore you. Calm, quiet, restored. What does this do for your mind? How does it affect your body and soul? Do you know someone who feels emotionally drained? Take thirty seconds to pray for them by name. Amen.
